Lenni George – Facilitator, Trainer, Coach, Team builder: Lenni has worked in Training and Organisational development for over 20 years, with more than 15 in International settings. She is often requested to facilitate strategic planning events and has worked with a wide range of agencies from United Nations , European Union and several Governments. In training she is a specialist in the so – called "soft skills" of human resource management and development.
Nat Clegg – Trainer, Team Builder, Facilitator, Coach: Nat is a highly experienced trainer, facilitator and coach. He has a particular interest in gender equality, having designed the toolkit for the EU/ILO project "Challenging Gender Stereotypes" . Nat currently coaches a wide range of leaders and managers supporting them in the development of organisational and personal development strategies. Nat is based in Italy and travels extensively.
Isabella Courtney – office manager: As our office manager Isabella holds everything together for us at The Development Alchemists. So she is often your first point of contact. She is also the oracle and font of all knowledge! Isabella studied Yoga in the USA at the International Yoga Institute NY and studied under Sri Swami Satchitananda Before arriving in Italy. She speaks French English and Italian.
Barbara Chiavarino – Trainer, consultant: Barbara has a passion for working with small and growing enterprises. She provides training for people wishing to start and improve their businesses. She is one of our experts on the subject of gender equality. With a back ground in Marketing, Barbara is able to support some of our clients with particular support in marketing and promotion. Barbara works in both English and Italian.
Christian Xavier Prosperini: Christian is our web developer. He has a Masters in security of information systems (University of La Garde). He has worked for clients such as the United Nations since 2001 where he developed various secure web portals such as distance learning platforms and knowledge management systems. He is a martial arts expert and holds a scuba diving licence. Christian-Xavier speaks French, English and Italian.

George Smalling - Trainer, consultant, coach: George has worked extensively across public and private sectors. He often sees his role to challenge the status quo and defeatist thinking. George is a strategist at heart and often helps organisations examine the bigger picture and context they work in. George is also currently working toward his Doctorate. Sue Wright – Coach and Trainer: Sue is a trained Homeopath and herbalist. She is a skilled coach and trainer and leads our work on well-being both individual and organisational. Sue is also highly skilled and experienced in assessment processes and currently works with several Fire Services to spot talent for development.
Alex Kendall - Coach, Trainer: Alex is based in France. She is a skilled coach and has published books and articles on coaching as a key tool for personal and organisational growth. Alex is an accomplished trainer, having worked in training and development for over 20 years. Alex has deep experience in working with larger public and private sector organisations.
Elaine Clough - Trainer, consultant Facilitator and coach: Elaine is a great trainer. Her participative style engages people and ensures there is commitment to the learning process. Elaine's extensive experience in training in the Public sector goes back over 20 years. She has also worked with the BBC. Elaine also provides consultancy and coaching services
Cristina Abbio - Researcher: Cristina is another of the Development Alchemist linguists. She speaks English, Italian, French and Russian. She is a talented researcher and has undertaken many projects for the UN through the International Labour Organisation.
Claire Frodsham - consultant, Trainer: Claire holds a Masters in Business Administration, and a B.Sc. (Hons) Human Communication, Aston University. Her background as a social worker gives her a particular insight in social care and she has extensive experience working in the public and civil society sectors.
Morag McGill – Coach and Trainer: Morag is based in Rome, her passion is to facilitate the development of individuals, teams and organizations. As coach she helps clients to develop awareness, focus, skills and thinking strategies needed to achieve their goals. Lorna Wallace-Davies – Consultant, Trainer, Coach: Lorna is an experienced trainer and consultant. She specialises in management development and in particular she helps organisations work through change. Lorna uses her experience of working in large organisations to help clients prepare for and successfully integrate change. Lorna also provides one to one coaching and works with groups using participative learning strategies.
Push Chani – Role player: Push is a professional actor, with a wide range of roles under his belt. When he is not on stage or filming Push compliments our team by providing realistic role play so our participants can practise the skills they need to develop in a safe place.
Sonia Watson - Trainer Consultant: Sonia specialises in Human Resource and Business Consulting with Particular expertise in change management recruitment and retention strategies , leadership development, diversity management and executive coaching. She designed and delivered the ground-breaking NHS Breaking Through Leadership and Development Programme - for which, as the lead director has recently been awarded the OBE for leadership development services to Black and Minority Ethic employees.
Dorotea Versa - Trainer Consultant: Dorotea is our labour market expert and has worked as a consultant on a wide range of labour market projects through-out Europe. She has expertise in building capacity in labour market data collection and analysis and the development of systems of occupational classification. Dorotea is currently based in Slovenia.
Agon Jusifu- Project manager: Is based in Kosovo, supporting our projects in the South East Balkans. He has experience of working on European Union and United Nations projects. Agon has particular experience in labour market issues working in the development of the occupational classification system for Kosovo and made comparative studies of Euro OC systems. Agon speaks several languages inc. Albanian and English.
John Deegan – Consultant : John has a degree in mathematics from Cambridge University, and further qualifications in transport and town planning. He was Director of Planning, Transport & Economic Strategy at Warwickshire County Council for over 13 years. Nationally, he has been an advisor to the Local Government Association, the County Councils' Network, and Government Departments on planning and economic issues.
